Returns are not accepted and no refunds can be issued, so please choose with care.
In rare case of maker error, JWS can offer an equal-value item exchange — if notified within five days of original item’s receipt. Also, in those cases, the exchange must be agreed to first via email. A picture of problem must be submitted first. Item then can be returned, if determined to be maker error. Sender responsible for properly repackaging (in manner sent to customer) item and sending via Priority Mail. Postage will be refunded upon satisfactory receipt of goods. (Please adequately insure returns, as JWS is not responsible for lost packages.) Exchange can then be selected.
The true aim is your happiness. Most issues can be satisfactorily resolved. Please contact within 1 to 5 days of receipt if you have any issue with your order.
